Ordering & payment
All orders must be placed via the website. Payment is via Stripe and can be made with any major credit or debit card (excluding American Express). We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods.
UK mainland delivery costs are currently FREE on orders over GBP 200.00 Orders are dispatched the next working day via our couriers DHL Express.
Countries that we deliver in EU: AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, HR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, LV, MC, MT, NL, PL, PT. RO, SE, SI, SK.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days from Berlin, Germany with DHL express.
If your business is VAT registered, you can get an exemption by inserting the VAT number in the checkout field.
Deliveries in Norway and Switzerland will be available from the UK stock only.
Malaysia peninsular mainland delivery costs are currently FREE on orders over MYR 500. Orders are dispatched the next working day. All other Destinations will be charged at the cheapest available carriers rate.
Once the order is collected and scanned into the courier system you will be to confirm the carrier and tracking details to let you know your order is on the way and will be with you soon.
Please check your local customs regulations before ordering coffee. some countries require specific documentation to import raw coffee beans. If you would like ot order to such a destination please reach out to us before ordering and we can ensure we can provide the documents needed.
While we hope that every order arrives in pristine condition, we know that things can go wrong. If your order arrives with more than cosmetic damage to the outer box, please contact us as soon as possible with as much detailed documentation as you can provide, including photos of the damage. In the unlikely event your coffee has been damaged in transit then we will provide a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer replacements, depending on each individual case.
We hope you are delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of £15.00 at our discretion.
We will issue a refund, subject to the restocking fee above, which will include the costs of the original delivery/order, but not the cost of returning any goods.
To arrange a return please contact email@example.com and we will allocate you a Returns Code. Please include this code with the package.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
Please ensure returned items are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Our payment gateway is via a secure server ensuring your details are safe at all times.
